Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern all sales of products concluded by RBC Group LLC (“Nexam”) through the website nexamclean.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are not contractually binding. In the event of an error or omission, the seller's liability shall not extend beyond the statutory warranties.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, with free delivery included. RBC Group LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale and forms the sales contract between RBC Group LLC and the buyer. A confirmation email summarises the order.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods include: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna. Transactions are secured by our payment providers.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery is free of charge, with no minimum order. We deliver to metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Spain. The delivery time is about 10 days. Orders ship from our partner warehouse — duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery. Transport risks are borne by the seller until the product is handed over to the customer. Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the buyer has a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without penalty. Nexam extends this period to 30 days as a commercial gesture. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Article 8 — Warranties
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Nexam additionally offers a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. These warranties apply at no cost to the consumer.

Article 10 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms of Sale do not affect the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country of residence within the European Union. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
