Publication and editorial responsibility rests with the authorised legal representative of RBC Group LLC. For jurisdictions requiring the publication director to be identified by personal name, the responsible individual must be named before the site is launched in that jurisdiction.

6. Product manufacturer and EU responsible economic operator
The manufacturer identity, contact details, product identifiers, required warnings and the EU-established responsible economic operator must be displayed clearly and visibly in the online product offer and supplied with the product where applicable. RBC Group LLC must not offer the V1 Pro to EU consumers until a qualifying economic operator established in the European Union has accepted the legally required product-compliance responsibilities and its name, postal address and electronic address are displayed on the product offer and in the relevant documentation.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site structure, original texts, Nexam branding, logos, graphic elements, photographs, product renders, videos and other original content are owned by RBC Group LLC or used under licence. No licence is granted except the limited right to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Reproduction, extraction, adaptation, distribution, public display or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited, except where mandatory law permits otherwise. Essential product characteristics, price and contractual information provided before purchase remain binding as required by law.
