For eligible returns, we'll provide the instructions needed to prepare your parcel; return shipping is at your expense. For returns requested during the additional home-trial period from day 15 to day 30, the vacuum must be returned clean, complete and without damage beyond reasonable testing.

Your V1 Pro is covered for 24 months under the applicable consumer guarantee. If you experience an issue, contact us at support@nexamclean.com.
